OUR MISSION
we lead the clean Fuel industry with innovative and sustainable
solutions that protect the environment and create a healthier planet
for future generations. Using our advanced microwave
plasma reactor, we produce clean hydrogen through a cost-competitive,
CO2-free process that efficiently utilizes any burnable materials
including solid wasted, landfill gas coal, ammonia, and natural gas.

Introduction
Green Science Inc.’s microwave plasma torch is the most effective scientific tool that produces green hydrogen from natural gas, ammonia, and waste. It produces a substantial amount of radicals at 2,000-6,000 celsius that play a role of chemical reactions like a catalyst.
Traditional arc plasma torch technology requires metal electrodes and a large amount of energy consumption. However, Green Science’s microwave plasma torch does not need metal electrodes and creates over 50 times larger torch flames. Thus, it dramatically reduces cost and increases throughput by eliminating the need to change metal electrodes.
Only a few technologies in the world are known to produce clean H2 and pure carbon black. Green Science Inc.’s microwave plasma torch system is the most advanced and cost competitive technology to generate CO2 free clean H2 and carbon black. It is the central component in every clean energy application system Green Science designs.
“Green Science aims to lead the clean energy industry by developing innovative and sustainable solutions that promote environmental protection and ensure a healthy planet for the future generations.
We achieve this by leveraging our hydrolysis technology and cutting-edge microwave plasma torch technology to produce clean energy including electricity and hydrogen in the most cost-competitive CO2-free process that utilizes waste materials”

Meet Our Team
BongJu Lee
CTO/Founder
Dr. Lee founded Green Science Corporation in Korea and Green Science Inc. in the United States to commercialise microwave plasma torch technology worldwide. Dr. Lee has devoted over 20 years to researching and developing the core technology of Green Science through his work in academia, research institutes, and his Korean startup.
Dr. Lee held positions as an Assistant/Associate Research Professor at UCLA/UC San Diego, a Visiting Scholar at Princeton University, and served as a Principal Researcher and Director at the National Fusion Research Institute (NFRI), a nuclear fusion research institute funded by the Korean Government, where he conducted advanced research into the industrial applications of plasma. One of Dr. Lee’s most noteworthy accomplishments at NFRI was his involvement in the successful launch of KSTAR (Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research) in 2007. As the principal designer of KSTAR, Dr. Lee led collaboration with scientists from Princeton University, UC San Diego, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and General Atomics in the United States to create the most advanced fusion plasma facility in the global fusion community. KSTAR aimed to determine the optimal conditions and recipe for a commercial fusion reactor, which is also known as an artificial sun on Earth.
He has a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently the CEO of Green Science Corporation and a professor at Handong Global University in Pohang, Korea
